OUR BREWING PROCESS

Grain- always fresh

Grist Mill - cracks grain to expose starch

Mash Tun - converts starches to fermentable sugars (wort)

Brew Kettle - introduce hops and the sweet liquid (wort) is boiled

Fermentation Tank - adding yeast, wort to beer

Serving Tanks - temperature controlled storage

Taps- serving the freshest beer in town directly to you
